I ordered it while on vacation, and it came a week later. The instructions are simple and easy to follow. I am so happy with the color they chose for me and it was so easy to do. My gray/white hair around I hairline are gone and the shine is fantastic! I am extremely satisfied with this product. The shampoo and conditioner smells nice and will be used for a long time. I love the extras like a brush applicator and stain remover wipe that came with my package.
